The owners of Paris Saint-Germain will join SAD Sp. Braga and promise investments of several million euros.
Qatar Sports Investments, which now joins Minho’s SAD, is the same company that turned PSG into a multi-million dollar club that today has players like Messi, Mbappe or Neymar.
The position of this fund in the SAD of Braga will be a minority, about 22%. However, Nasser Al-Khelaifi, the Qatari businessman who controls PSG, is promising to invest a lot of money.
António Salvador, the club’s president from Braga, has been to Doha several times in recent months. It was during these trips that this agreement was concluded. Now, thanks to this investment, Braga will be able to gain new strength in the fight for the title in Portugal in the short term.
