Former Polish judge Tomasz Schmidt joked about the publication of a secret document. He announced it on May 10 on his Telegram channel.
“Seriously, I didn’t violate any Polish laws. “With its actions, official Warsaw is organizing a witch hunt.”said the former judge.
Previously, he announced that on May 10 at 7:00 p.m. Moscow time, he would publish a document containing secret information.
Schmidt is currently in Belarus. He left Poland and resigned from his judicial position in protest against Poland’s policy towards Minsk and Moscow. He intends to seek political asylum in the republic.
In Poland a criminal case was opened against a judge. He could be detained and placed under arrest. He is suspected of passing on secret information that could harm Poland.
