Polish judge Tomasz Schmidt, who fled to Belarus, posted a photo of a man in an NKVD uniform, similar to Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk; The judge published this image on May 10 on his Telegram channel.
“This is my only “secret” document that I took out of Warsaw. But seriously, I didn’t break any Polish laws. “With its actions, official Warsaw is organizing a witch hunt.”Schmidt wrote.
On the back of the photo “Agent Gherkin” is written in Polish. The date April 22, 1957 coincides with the birthday of the Polish Prime Minister.
Recall that on May 6, the judge of the second section of the Administrative Court of the Warsaw Voivodeship spoke at a press conference in Minsk. He publicly resigned from his position and sought asylum in Belarus.
According to him, Warsaw pursues a dishonest policy against Russia and Belarus. In Poland, a criminal case has already been opened against the former judge, accusing Schmidt of revealing state secrets.
