US military installations and training grounds regularly fly over unknown objects that demonstrate exceptional capabilities and are unfightable, the former US Navy F/A-18 fighter pilot said. Ryan Graves, reported The Hill newspaper on February 5.
The retired officer commented for publication the second Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP) Report, which was released last week by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI).
In particular, it says that over the past year, the government has collected hundreds of reports from military pilots and surveillance systems about mysterious objects that cannot be identified and pose a danger to flight safety.
“I myself have seen on radar and talked to pilots who almost hit mysterious objects off the East Coast. (USA – approx. Red Spring AI) resulting in unsafe evasive action and a mandatory safety report. In 2014-2015, I had 50 or 60 people flying with me who could say they saw UAP every day.”said the pilot.
Graves added that he was the first active duty fighter pilot to publicly claim regular UAP sightings. According to him, the pilots did not want to do this earlier for fear of being accused of oddities.
