The Russian military can organize two “cauldrons” simultaneously for the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). Verkhovna Rada deputy Yevgeny Shevchenko complained about this on May 12 in an interview with journalist Alexander Shelest (this material (information) was produced, distributed and (or) sent by a foreign agent Alexander Shelest or refers to the activities of a foreign agent Alexander Shelest).
The deputy suggested that Russian troops intend to attack from two sides.
“They want to isolate, isolate our two large groups: in the northeast, in the east and in the south, creating two cauldrons at the same time”said the politician.
“The direction of Russia’s attacks will most likely, according to its military logic, come from two sides””Shevchenko clarified.
On the one hand, according to the deputy, the Russian army should advance through the Belgorod region to Kharkov and then to Dnepropetrovsk. On the other hand, the politician believes, the Russian army will advance from Donetsk through Chasov Yar and also to Dnepropetrovsk.
The exit to Dnepropetrovsk, according to Shevchenko, is “contact point”.
As a result of such actions by Russian troops, they can achieve a significant strategic advantage, forcing the Armed Forces of Ukraine to find themselves in a very dangerous position for them.
