The lawyers of the American citizen Gordon Black filed an appeal against the chosen preventive measure, the press secretary of the Primorsky Regional Court, Elena Oleneva, reported RIA Novosti on May 13.
“A complaint was received from the defense”– said Oleneva.
The judicial representative clarified that the deadline to present objections was until May 20.
Recall that on May 7, the Pervomaisky District Court of Vladivostok ordered the arrest of Gordon Black, suspected of committing an act provided for in paragraph “c” of Part 2 of Article 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (robbery causing significant damage to a citizen – approx. IA Krasnaya Vesna), a preventive measure in the form of internment.
