after cm To report that the Minister of Labour, Solidarity and Social Security Ana Godinho and Caixa Geral de Apozentaçao (CGA) are concealing the real amount of the lifetime monthly pension currently being paid to 298 beneficiaries, Chega requested information from the minister.
Chega wants Ana Godinho to answer “what is the annual cost of lifetime grants paid to politicians”, “does this confirm that there are currently 298 recipients of these grants”, who they are and “why this information is not publicly available”.
The party led by André Ventura says that “even after the Commission on Access to Administrative Records (CADA) considered that this information was not classified, the ministry did not accept the opinion of the CADA.” He also considers it important “to know who receives the said lifetime grants, under what conditions they were granted, how much the state annually spends on this title, and why the ministry withheld this information.”
