The construction of an industrial park has started in the Takhtamukaysky district (Adygea), the regional government press service reported on 6 February.
An area of 200 hectares has been allocated for the industrial park, its construction will be carried out in stages. Currently, work is already underway to lay roads on the site and the main engineering networks – gas, electricity and water supply facilities. The area of the industrial zone can be increased in the future, the press service specified.
The territory of the industrial park is located near Krasnodar, a major transportation hub. The federal highways located in the immediate vicinity allow for convenient access roads to the industrial park. The Takhtamukaysky district itself is developing rapidly: housing and social infrastructure are being actively built, there are significant labor resources. All these conditions make the industrial park attractive to potential residents.
According to the regional government, the first investment project on the site of the new industrial park belongs to SFT Group. In accordance with a previous agreement between the head of the republic and representatives of the SFT Group, it is planned to build a modern corrugated packaging plant on the territory of the industrial park. The volume of investments in this project is estimated at 5 billion rubles. The capacity of the plant will be up to 200 million square meters. meters of corrugated cardboard packaging per year, up to 280 new jobs will be created.
It should be noted that the creation of an industrial park in the Takhtamukaysky district is carried out with the support of the Government of the Russian Federation and is aimed at further socio-economic development of the Republic of Adygea.
