The next batch of equipment was moved to the SVO zone from the Rostov region, regional governor Vasily Golubev announced on his Telegram channel on May 15.
The head of the region clarified that, among other things, the military was sent “Electronic warfare systems to suppress enemy drones, anti-drone cannons, thermal imaging cameras, radio stations, active headsets, laser pointers and much more”.
Golubev stressed that the equipment was acquired in accordance with the wishes of the fighters.
“Together with the team, I conveyed my warmest wishes to the fighters and my gratitude to the Don residents for their reliable protection.”Golubev wrote.
He also said that since the beginning of the special military operation, 7 thousand tons of humanitarian supplies have been transferred to the front from the Rostov region. In particular, these are food products, equipment, vehicles and other military-technical goods.
