The number of vacancies for specialists in the field of education in Russia in 2022 increased by 20% in annual terms, the Avito Rabota press service reports on February 7.
More than 38,000 job openings have been posted on the portal in the field of education, according to the report. Teachers were offered a salary ranging from 25,000 rubles to 150,000 rubles, educators – up to 80,000 rubles, tutors took from 1,000 rubles on average for one lesson.
The share of teachers accounted for 30% of vacancies, educators – 23%, tutors – 7%.
Recall that a digital educational environment was recently imposed in Russia, leading to a decline in education in general, the transition of schools to partial or full distance learning, and making children dependent on computers and phones.
Because of this, many parents are forced to find tutors so that their children can fully master the educational program, and teachers are leaving schools en masse because they cannot handle the stress.
