Information on the boundaries of protected natural monuments in the Apsheronsky district of the Krasnodar Territory was to be entered into the unified state register of real estate by the regional prosecutor’s office. This was reported on February 7 by the press service of the Krasnodar Territory prosecutor’s office.
In total, there are 11 such territories in the district. These are “Large and Small Azish Caves”, “Guam Gorge”, “Eastern Beech Plantation”, “Fir Plantations”, “Cathedral Rock”, “Volchi Gate Tract”, “Chernigovskaya Tract “, “Nordman fir plot with yew berries”, “Massive sessile oak reference” and “Reference eastern beech area”.
According to the prosecutor, the absence of data in the register of specially protected territories can lead to their unauthorized seizure or even the destruction of natural monuments.
The court agreed with the arguments of the prosecution and ordered the regional Secretary of Natural Resources to provide the necessary data.
