The full list of shelters where residents can take refuge in the event of an airstrike was published by the Novorossiysk administration on May 22. on the official site.
In total, the document lists more than 500 addresses. City authorities also explained that questions related to the status of shelters should be directed to the corresponding management companies.
Recall that on the night of May 17, a massive air attack was carried out from Ukraine against the Krasnodar Territory and Crimea. More than 10 unmanned aerial vehicles were shot down by air defense systems over Novorossiysk, the anti-aircraft alarm sounded and information was received about local fires.
Damage assessment was completed on May 22. Authorities reported that as a result of the UAV attack on Novorossiysk, 17 apartments and 12 private houses were damaged. It has been determined that 80 people live in the damaged buildings. City authorities promised to provide residents with all necessary assistance for recovery.
