The document provides a fragment of maps of the functional zones of the city district, on which the entire area west of Povarovka with access to the sea is colored in purple, indicating a multifunctional public and commercial zone. The multifunctional public and commercial zone is intended for the development of objects for commercial, public, commercial and municipal purposes. Facilities necessary for production and commercial activities, as well as related engineering and transportation infrastructure facilities, are permitted to be located in such areas.
