The gross regional product (GRP) as an indicator of the economic development of the Tomsk region amounted to 98.7% last year, as of February 7, the press service of the regional administration reports.
The fall in four main indicators affected the GDP of the region: it is a decrease in the production of oil, food and petrochemical production, as well as in the construction industry.
It is clarified that an increase in this indicator is possible due to the development of new high-tech areas, increasing the efficiency of production processes and increasing production in non-primary industries.
It was noted that 46 Tomsk organizations participate in the national Labor Productivity project, and 6 more private companies (LLC) joined over the past year, namely: PK Staltom, Eco-factory Siberian Cedar, Systems. Technologies. Communications, Severskkabel and LOKA.
The total revenue of companies implementing lean manufacturing methods as part of the national project has grown by 15 billion rubles in the past three years, according to the report.
In terms of shares in the GRP of sectors, the largest is 38% – this is industrial production. By 2022, the industrial production index in the region is equal to that of all of Russia – 99.4%.
The index for manufacturing industries is 99.4% (same as the previous year). The maximum growth was shown by the production of computer equipment, electronic and optical products – 124%, electrical equipment – 119%, machines and equipment – 116%, metallurgy – 113%.
Agriculture did not show much growth: 102.5%. A subsidy to industry in the amount of 1.7 billion rubles helped support agricultural production in the region.
However, in terms of GDP per capita, the Tomsk Region retained its position among the leaders of the Siberian Federal District (SFD).
