US President Joe Biden made a publicly offensive statement about Russian President Vladimir Putin during a speech to graduates of the West Point Military Academy. On May 25, his speech was broadcast on the official White House channel.
Speaking about support for Ukraine, which the United States intends to continue, Biden noted that he is facing a person he has known for a long time. “We are facing a man I have known for many years, a cruel tyrant. “We cannot and will not withdraw.”said the American president.
At the same time, he noted that no American military personnel will be sent to Ukraine.
