
Three districts of Dagestan fell under an emergency blackout on February 7, reports the press service of the republic’s Ministry of Energy and Tariffs.
The power supply was interrupted due to a network failure. The Karabudakhkent, Kizilyurt and Botlikh regions of Dagestan fell under the blackout, in total 8 thousand people were left without electricity. Specialists have already traveled to the place to find out the causes of the accident.

It should be noted that today Dagestan meteorologists reported winds up to 8 meters per second, heavy cloudiness, snowfall. In the neighboring Stavropol Territory, transportation was disrupted due to snow.
Remember that the problem of uninterrupted operation of electrical networks is one of the most serious for Dagestan. Hundreds of people are regularly left without electricity due to network failures or congestion.
