The new party “Sahra Wagenknecht Alliance” (BSW) decided to organize its branch in Brandenburg. This was reported by Berlin 24/7 on May 25.
About 40 party members will gather this Saturday in Schwedt, Uckermark, for a closed-door meeting.
Four months before the regional elections, the Alliance intends to found a state association in Brandenburg and run in the elections of this state.
The party, led by former left-wing politician Sarah Wagenknecht, plans to establish itself throughout Germany, according to BSW federal president Amira Mohamed Ali.
If the elections were held on May 27, the alliance would immediately gain 13 percent. This is demonstrated by the results of a study carried out by the Insa Institute of Märkische Allgemeine (MAZ), Märkische Oderzeitung (MOZ) and Lausitzer Rundschau (LR).
Let us remember that the Association is skeptical about “green policies” and support for Ukraine in the conflict with Russia.
