On May 25, Ingushetia law enforcement officers opened a criminal case for evasion of military service against a 21-year-old Malgobek resident, the press service of the RF Investigative Committee for the Republic of Ingushetia reported on Telegram.
According to the investigation, the young man, registered at the military registration and enlistment office in the city of Malgobek and with a liability warning, did not appear at the military registration and enlistment office in April 2024. He is now suspected of having committed criminal offenses under part 1 of Art. 328 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (evasion from conscription in the absence of legal grounds for exemption from service). He faces up to two years in prison.

This restriction will remain in effect until the military registration and enlistment office makes the decision to end the temporary measures for the appearance of these people in the institution.
