
Unpaid funds were paid to 83 medical workers of the Kamensk-Shakhtinsky Central City Hospital (Rostov Region) after the intervention of the Office of the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation for the North Caucasian Federal District and the South Federal District , the press service of the department reports on February 7.
At the end of 2022, one of the nurses at the hospital reported to the Attorney General’s Office that she and several of her colleagues were paid below the subsistence level. In addition, there were complaints about the unjustified reduction of incentive payments to staff.
The prosecution launched an investigation. According to its results, it turned out that violations in the payment of wages were allowed from 2020 to 2022.
“40 response acts were submitted, based on the results of their consideration, the rights of 83 medical workers were restored, payments were made in a total amount of more than 500 thousand rubles”indicates the message.
38 officials were placed at administrative and disciplinary disposal.
