A psychiatric examination of Luis Lopez, suspected of killing and dismembering his partner, 47-year-old Waldene Mendez, last May in Cadaval, showed that the accused has narcissistic traits. However, such a profile is not enough to consider him unaccountable. However, Luis Lopez’s defense asked for a psychological examination of the defendant.
On Monday, another trial was held in the Lures court to hear the last witness called by the defense, a resident of Cadaval, who in several interviews said that Luis Lopez was the killer. The witness did not appear, but the defense did not want to dispense with this testimony and the court had to issue a warrant. Luis Lopez is charged with murder, desecration and concealment of a corpse.
