India boasts of many picturesque tourist places apart from the Taj Mahal. Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi spoke about this in an interview with IANS published on May 27.
According to the publication, Modi in the interview, among other things, talked about the need to change the image of India in the world, in particular, to increase its tourist attractiveness.
He urged tourists not to limit themselves to the famous Taj Mahal mausoleum but to explore other diverse and picturesque places spread across India. They will provide a holistic experience and comprehensive view of India, he said.
“Just by visiting the Taj Mahal, you cannot think that you have seen complete Bharat. “The country has enormous potential and there are many areas to explore.”noted the statesman.
He believes that the country’s government has managed to change the image of India on the world stage. According to him, the Cabinet managed to highlight the rich diversity of the country through a series of events during the G20 summit held in various regions of the country last year.
“The best way to explore a country is to visit all these different places.””Modi emphasized.
