The corresponding list of instructions of the President of the Russian Federation following the meeting on the creation of year-round federal resorts was published on the Kremlin website. Mikhail Mishustin was appointed responsible for the execution of the instructions.
The instruction list also contains the following item: “With the participation of the executive bodies of the Republic of Dagestan, consider the issue of allocating budget allocations from the federal budget for the construction of access roads necessary for the operation of the Caspian coast resort”.
As follows from the list of instructions, Vladimir Putin also ordered the approval of a federal project for the production of domestic products for the tourism industry within the framework of the national project “Tourism and Hospitality”. It will be financed with funds that will be allocated to the implementation of relevant industrial development programs.
