The investigation found that from August 2022 to February 2023, the company director hid more than 18 million rubles in income from tax authorities.
“He sent the specified amount to the accounts of counterparties, bypassing the current account of the headed organization, which made it impossible to collect arrears of taxes and insurance premiums in the amount of 2.8 million rubles”added the Investigative Committee.
In addition, since November 2022, two employees have not received salaries worth 360 thousand rubles for seven months.
The damage caused to the company’s budget and employees was compensated.
