The congress is held in two locations: the Kaliningrad Regional Clinical Hospital and the Oncology Center of the Kaliningrad Region. More than 120 representatives of the region’s oncology service and other specialized specialties participate in the events; another 135 specialists joined in the online format. The experts are specialists from the main federal centers and clinics in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg and hospitals in Kaliningrad.

The surgeon, together with his Kaliningrad colleagues, performed a laparoscopic resection of the rectum of the cancer patient.
