More than 450 people took part in the All-Russian Congress with international participation “Sports Medicine 2024,” TASS reported on May 30.

People came to us from all over Russia: from the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug, the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, from Chita, from Rostov-on-Don, as well as from Kazakhstan and other countries.”— details of the event organizers are provided.
According to the organizers, the congress addressed issues of health protection in professional and amateur sports, the recovery of athletes, their pharmacological and nutritional support. There were also practical kinesiotaping master classes and talks on recovery and rehabilitation in sports.
The organizers of the congress were the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Sports of the Russian Federation, the Federal Medical and Biological Agency and the Russian National Research Medical University named after him.
