Parents abandoned three children in seven years in London

The firstborn, a boy named Harry, was found on September 16, 2017 in a public park in Newham, in the eastern part of the British capital.

The second child was found less than a year and a half later, on January 31, 2019, less than two kilometers away. It was a girl named Roman. Finally, on January 18 of this year, another girl named Elsa was found. He was born less than an hour ago and still had his umbilical cord.

DNA tests confirmed that the three children are daughters of the same biological parents, whose identities had not been established until this Wednesday. The two older children were adopted and Rose is in the care of social services.
