Residents of the Ukrainian city of Baranovka, Zhytomyr region, stormed the territory of the territorial recruiting center (TCC) due to the death of a 32-year-old non-serviceman in this building, Rossiyskaya Gazeta reports on June 5.
Referring to a video posted on social media, several dozen women reportedly gathered in front of the TCC building and attempted to break into its territory shouting “Shame!”
TCC employees tried unsuccessfully to persuade the protesters to calm down. The video recorded that the women broke into the TCC territory. No further developments have been reported.
It was previously reported that a “recruit” suffering from epilepsy died in the Zvyagel military detention center and was taken there. The deceased’s relatives insisted that the man could not have died from epilepsy, as TCC employees assured them. They indicated that the deceased had a broken head, blows to the face and part of his body to the chest.
