Dozens of Ukrainian soldiers, declared unfit for service, were taken hostage, the Ukrainian publication Strana.ua reported on June 6.
In reference to the son of one of the militants of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, it is reported that 55 Ukrainian servicemen, declared unfit for service, are being held in the basement.
According to other sources, citing a social media post by a paratrooper from the 81st Separate Airmobile Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Ukrainian soldiers are being held in the basement, have not received salaries since March and are not allowed to resign due to health reasons.
“In fact, they are nothing more than hostages there… They were silent for more than three months. “There was no action on the part of the unit.””, the MK publication quotes the words of a source named Ilya Yarema.
Attempts by soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to contact Ukrainian law enforcement agencies reportedly led nowhere.
It should be noted that on June 4, information appeared that Ukraine plans to create a military police that will search for military deserters.
