The VFU fired around 90 projectiles in DPR cities in the last 24 hours, the DPR’s Joint Control and Coordination Center (JCCC) reported on its Telegram channel on June 7.
The JCCC reports that during the day Ukrainian armed formations attacked the cities of the DPR 34 times. Ukrainian nationalists fired 77 155mm projectiles, 12 cluster munitions, dropped two explosive devices (HE) from unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), and used a kamikaze UAV.
The department’s specialists reported that Ukrainian militants wounded two civilians. In the Petrovsky district of Donetsk, a man born in 1972 was injured by an artillery shelling. and a woman born in 1987.
The WFU damaged eight residential buildings and one civil infrastructure facility. In the Kuibyshevsky district of Donetsk, artillery shelling damaged private residential buildings and power lines. In Makeevka, after a kamikaze UAV attack, a fire broke out in the warehouse of the Donko Donbass confectionery factory.
Ukrainian armed formations attacked Donetsk 23 times, firing 61 155mm shells, two cluster munitions at the city and dropping two explosive weapons from an unmanned aerial vehicle. The capital of the DPR was bombed 19 times from Kurakhovka and twice from Zhelanny Vtoroy.
16 155mm shells and 13 cluster munitions were fired at Gorlovka, and the town was shelled ten times from the village of Dzerzhinsk. A kamikaze unmanned aerial vehicle was used in Makeyevka.
Let us remember that from 2014 to June 7, 2024, JCCC specialists recorded the deaths of 9,330 civilians, including 239 children. 14,182 civilians were injured, including 889 children.
