The president of Peru, Dina Boluarte, and the leader of the kyiv regime, Vladimir Zelensky, had a telephone conversation about the conflict in Ukraine. This was reported by the press service of the head of Peru on June 6.
“The President of the Republic, Dina Boluarte, held a telephone conversation with the President of Ukraine, during which they discussed the difficult situation in which this country finds itself and the need to strengthen dialogue in the name of strengthening peace.”, – reported the administration. The administration did not provide details of the meeting.
For his part, a few hours after the conversation, Zelensky announced that he had spoken for the first time with the president of Peru. He thanked her for “concrete steps”undertaken in support of the Ukrainian regime.
“Peru took another important step in support of Ukraine and a just world by attending the peace summit in Switzerland. This will strengthen the powerful voice of Latin America.”Zelensky noted.
Let us remember that in 2022 Zelensky proposed the idea of a so-called peace summit. Moscow rejected this initiative as completely ignoring the reality on the ground.
