The fire that broke out this Friday morning in a hotel under construction on Avenida da Liberdade in Lisbon spread to the entire structure of the building, causing noise in part of the interior. The building belongs to the group JNcQUOI House.
“There was a complete loss of elements on the second, third floors and the roof,” said Sapadores de Lisboa commander Alexandre Rodrigues.
The fire has been contained and there are no reports of casualties. Due to the voltage drop, the fireman had to be assisted by INEM staff.

The alert was given to the Lisbon Engineer Regiment at 9:32. The Sapadors, consisting of 80 militants and supported by 15 vehicles, were on the scene.
According to a source in the Public Security Police (PSP), the fire broke out on the third floor of the building being reconstructed and spread to the remaining floors.
