During inspections carried out last month by veterinary supervision specialists, violations were identified at 26 Sochi enterprises.
It has been established that there are no necessary veterinary documents for raw materials of animal origin. It was found that despite the approved menus, which included dishes with meat ingredients, the actual supply of raw materials was carried out without the accompanying veterinary documents.
Official warnings were issued to business owners.
It should be noted that the turnover of the public catering sector in Sochi at the beginning of this year increased by 17% compared to the same period last year, reaching 3.7 billion rubles. Until the first quarter of 2024, more than 11.3 thousand facilities in the consumer sector operated in the city.
