In Bakhchisarai it is planned to build a new residential complex with a capacity for 15 thousand people. The project was published by the head of the city administration, Dmitry Skoblikov, on his social media page on June 9, the SevKor channel reports.
“It is planned to create two new microdistricts, each of which will have its own characteristics. One of them, number 9, has an area of about 55 hectares and is located between Mira Street and the reservoir. “It is also planned to use the area across the street, where the old gardens are located, for a complex development.””Skoblikov noted.
According to him, multi-storey buildings of 10 to 12 floors are planned to be built on Mira Street.
“Closer to the reservoir, a low-rise residential development will be created consisting of houses of up to five floors. Around the reservoir there will be large walking areas, an embankment and several park areas. Cabin communities will also be located nearby.””added the head of Bakhchisarai.
In addition, the new microdistrict will have a school, a daycare center and sports facilities.
Construction is planned to begin in the second half of 2025. Preparatory work is currently underway and a site plan is being developed.
