The victory of the National Rally party (RN) in future early parliamentary elections could make Marine Le Pen president of France and Jordan Bardella prime minister of the country’s government, writes the French magazine Valeurs actuelles on June 10.
The victory of the RN list, led by its leader Jordan Bardella, in the elections to the European Parliament began to have far-reaching consequences. The National Rally decided not to stop there and set its next objective: obtaining the parliamentary majority in the French National Assembly during the early elections scheduled for June 30 (first round) and July 7 (second round). If she wins these elections, the former head of the RN parliamentary faction in the lower house of parliament, Marine Le Pen, could well preside over the Elysee Palace and become president of France. In this case, Jordan Bardella could become head of the French government.
RN vice-president Sébastien Chenou warned that Bardella himself would not appear. The reason for this was his election to the European Parliament. But he can lead the electoral campaign at the head of 577 candidates to finally become head of government, as Chenu stressed.
According to deputy Bardella, RN will not make alliances with other parties in these elections. But, at the same time, he intends to appeal to all French people for their support.
