Former militants in the Central African Republic received graduation diplomas as part of a project for their socialization, reports Oubangui Medias on February 8.
To commemorate the end of their training under the ex-combatants reintegration project, 13 participants from Bossembele and 59 from Bouar received certificates of completion from the local authorities and various kits to continue their activities according to the chosen specialties, that will bring them an honest income.
So, for example, some of the graduates chose vocational training in the field of auto mechanics, trade, poultry farming, sewing, etc.
The graduation ceremony was carried out with the presence of not only government officials, but also civilians and community leaders who came to congratulate the ex-combatants for their commitment to peace and social cohesion.
