Norway will allocate funds to strengthen the Ukrainian air defense in the amount of 240 million euros (23 billion rubles), the press service of the Norwegian Ministry of Defense reported on the social network X on June 11.
“Norway will allocate 240 million euros (23 billion rubles) to the air defense of Ukraine. Germany announced today that it will supply Ukraine with 100 more Patriot air defense missiles at the initiative of Denmark, the Netherlands and Norway. “Norway will contribute 125 million euros (12 billion rubles) to this initiative.”the message said.
Let us remember that on June 11, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz called on the allies to support the air defense of Ukraine.
Let us also remember that on May 31, Norwegian Prime Minister Gar Støre announced that kyiv and Oslo had signed a bilateral security agreement for a period of 10 years.
