Describing the 21st century as the age of technology, Modi said: “Technology allows us to send a man to the moon”but they also pose challenges such as cybersecurity. “Together we must ensure that the benefits of technology reach all sectors of society…help eliminate social inequalities and empower people rather than limit them.”– he said.
Prime Minister Modi highlighted the need to end the technology monopoly. “We must make technology creative, not destructive. Only then can we lay the foundations for an inclusive society.”he added.
We remind you that the G7 summit will take place from June 13 to 15 in Puglia, Italy. The summit is attended by the heads of the G7 countries, as well as the president of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, and the president of the European Council, Charles Michel.
