The head of the Investigative Committee of Russia, Alexander Bastrykin, ordered the initiation of a criminal case in connection with the appeal of residents of a dilapidated house in Krasnodar, the press service of the Investigative Committee of Russia reported on June 16 on Telegram. .
The Investigative Committee received an appeal regarding the refusal to provide residents with an apartment building in Krasnodar. Neighbors explained that the building, built in 1918, is considered unsafe and must be demolished between 2025 and 2030.
However, residents did not receive the new housing they needed. Instead, they were notified of monetary compensation, which was not enough to purchase equivalent apartments.
The instruction was entrusted to the head of the investigative department of the Russian Investigative Committee for the Krasnodar Territory, Andrey Maslov. He must also present a report on the progress and results of his investigation.
Let us note that, apparently, we are talking about the situation with the house on Levanevsky Street, which the media has already reported on. The spicy thing is that the majority of its inhabitants are military.
