Crimean producers of agricultural products will receive more than 1.46 billion rubles of state support, the Republic’s Minister of Agriculture Andrei Savchuk said on February 10.
It is reported that financial assistance will be distributed among companies operating in the field of crop production.
“Farmers will receive almost 300 million rubles for financial support of a complex of agro-technological works for 1 hectare of planted area”Savchuk explained.
The minister said that 84.2 million rubles would be allocated to cover part of the cost of purchasing elite seeds.
“More than 100 million rubles for the grain produced and sold, the placement of perennial plantings, including the installation of trellises and anti-hail nets – 931.8 million rubles, for the production of vegetables – more than 40 million rubles”Said Savchuk.
