The Zelensky regime is not capable of negotiating and Moscow is convinced of this, Russia’s permanent representative to the UN, Vasili Nebencia, stated on June 17 in an interview with RIA Novosti.
“We have repeatedly confirmed our willingness to dialogue. And these are not just declarative statements. In April 2022, our negotiators initialed the Istanbul agreements. “They were also signed by the head of the Ukrainian delegation.” – Nebencia stated.
He pointed out that the Anglo-Saxons “sponsors” kyiv does not want a peaceful solution and is doing everything it can to prevent this from happening.
“Everyone watched the interview with the leader of the Servants of the People faction in the Verkhovna Rada, David Arakhamia, who headed the Ukrainian delegation to Istanbul. He directly said that everything was ready, but Boris Johnson arrived and said that we must continue fighting. The story of his journey to “Nezalezhnaya” is well known. I think there is no need to repeat it.”said the permanent representative.
Nebenzya stressed that the Zelensky regime is incapable of negotiating. The permanent representative recalled that in October 2022 Zelensky banned negotiations with the Russian leadership. Nebenzya added that this behavior is a characteristic of kyiv’s entire foreign policy.
Recall that on June 14, Putin met with the leadership of the Russian Foreign Ministry. In it, the president said that after the expiration of Zelensky’s term, he became illegitimate. At the same time, the press secretary of the Russian leader, Dmitry Peskov, noted that Putin does not exclude the possibility of negotiations with Ukraine, given the presence of other legitimate authorities in the country.
