Preferential rent for certain categories of land has been introduced for veterans of a special military operation in the Rostov region, the press service of the regional governor reported on June 17.
From January 1 to December 31, 2024, the rent for the use of state-owned land in the Rostov region will be 1 ruble. This also applies to land intended for horticulture and gardening whose state ownership is not demarcated.
“War veterans, participants in a special military operation and their families will be able to take advantage of this benefit.””, the message clarifies.
Governor Vasily Golubev signed a resolution amending the relevant regional documents.
It should be noted that when providing this benefit, the area of the site does not matter, as well as the duration of its use.
