Tens of thousands of Israelis protested this Saturday evening in several cities across the country against the government of Benjamin Netanyahu. Protesters called for the prime minister to resign and demanded an agreement that would allow the hostages to return.
According to some Israeli media, these are the largest demonstrations in cities such as Tel Aviv, Haifa, Caesarea and Jerusalem since the start of the war in the Gaza Strip.
In Tel Aviv, more than 150 thousand people took part in the protest, at least three were arrested.
Let us remind you that this Saturday was one of the bloodiest days in the Gaza Strip in recent weeks. Several explosions in two areas of Gaza City killed at least 42 people. One of the attacks killed Hamas commander Ayman Ratma, who Israel said was preparing to attack the country.
