Maia Sandu, President of the Republic, expressed on her Twitter page her repudiation of the fact that a Russian missile supposedly flew over the territory of Moldova on February 10.
“I strongly condemn the violation of Moldovan airspace by a Russian missile today”sandu wrote.
It should be noted that Sandu wrote his Twitter message in English, not Moldovan. He further stated that the republic deserves peace and security, and that the authorities are doing everything possible to achieve it.
“Our neutral status doesn’t mean we shouldn’t build defenses to keep our people safe.”— the President of Moldova completed her message.
Let us remember that all kinds of accusations are received from Moldova against Russia on a regular basis. Official Chisinau is broadcasting a Russian-hostile Ukrainian agenda, including news support for all the fakes, like the events in Bucha.
Moldova does not support its accusations with any evidence, neither this time nor on previous occasions.
