
Deputy General Director of Isprin LLC Yuri Fomin was arrested on June 27 in the case of a fire in a building in Fryazino by the Shchelkovo municipal court of the Moscow region, RIA Novosti reports.
“Fomin was chosen as a preventive measure in the form of detention until August 24” – said the representatives of the court.
The Investigative Commission found that the Isprin company was hired to ensure the security of the assets of the deceased owner-debtor since 2021, the company manages the burned building;
The company’s deputy general director and a representative of the building owner rented premises, collected money from tenants for utilities, but did not provide adequate security. In particular, they did not check the condition of the wiring or monitor compliance with fire safety requirements. The building did not have alarm systems, warning systems, fire suppression systems or locking fire exits.
