As the report says, the founding documents of the international non-governmental non-profit organization “Alliance of Logistics Centers and Cargo Carriers” were signed. The general secretary of the Alliance was the representative of the private business of Uzbekistan, Askar Kadyrov. Members of the Secretariat were also appointed.

The alliance was created to improve the efficiency of cooperation between major logistics hubs, cargo carriers, terminals and sea and land ports of the Turkish countries. In addition, by introducing innovative solutions, the Alliance should increase the transport and logistics potential of the entire region.
Recall that the UTG members are Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Turkey and Kyrgyzstan. Uzbekistan became a full member in 2019. Turkmenistan and Hungary have observer status.
