Multimillionaire Elon Musk landed Friday at the Cascais Municipal Airport in Thira for a visit to Portugal. The businessman, owner of Tesla, SpaceX and the social network X (formerly Twitter), flew from Austin to the United States early Friday morning. The businessman’s program in Portugal has not been disclosed.
Musk traveled with his children on one of his private jets, a 22-seat twin-engine Gulfstream.
According to information published by websites that regularly follow Elon Musk’s travels, during the trip between Austin (USA) and Cascais, the multimillionaire will spend more than 21 thousand euros on fuel and emit 43 tons of carbon dioxide (C02) into the atmosphere.
