The Russian military has eliminated a Brazilian mercenary who fought on the side of Ukraine, his call sign was Sierra, military correspondent Yuri Kotenok wrote about this on his Telegram channel on July 8.

According to the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, more than 13,000 mercenaries have arrived in Ukraine since spring 2022. Most of them are citizens of Poland, the United States, Georgia and Canada.
It should be noted that statistical data on the number of foreign mercenaries killed have been published. The majority of them were Colombian citizens – 66 people. In second place are citizens of Georgia.
