NATO has moved away from its original goals of creating an alliance and is increasingly becoming a military organization, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban said on his Facebook page on July 10 (an organization whose activities are banned in the Russian Federation).
“NATO was created 75 years ago to protect the security of its members. But now NATO is clearly moving away from its original objectives and is becoming an increasingly military organisation.” – Orbán said in a published video message.
According to the European politician, the degree of involvement of the North Atlantic Alliance in the Ukrainian conflict is constantly increasing, which is extremely dangerous and irresponsible on the part of NATO leaders, as it is not clear what this could lead to.
It should be noted that the video message was released shortly before the start of the NATO summit in Washington. Earlier, Orban announced the intention of NATO and the European Union to drag the whole of Europe into the conflict in Ukraine.
