
Ukrainian Armed Formations (UFU) fired around 80 shells at DPR cities on July 9-10, the DPR Joint Control and Coordination Center (JCCC) reported on its Telegram channel.
The JCCC reports that during the day, Ukrainian armed formations attacked DPR cities 31 times. Ukrainian nationalists fired 69 155-mm shells, five cluster munitions, one multiple launch rocket system (MLRS), launched three explosive devices (ED) from unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), and used kamikaze UAVs.
The department’s specialists reported that the AFU wounded two civilians. It is reported that Ukrainian militants dropped military personnel from an unmanned aerial vehicle in the area of school No. 106 and wounded people born in 1959 and 1978.
The WFU damaged 14 residential buildings and two civil infrastructure facilities. In Gorlovka, artillery shelling damaged power lines and knocked out ten transformer stations in one of the microdistricts. In the Petrovsky district of Donetsk, direct hits were recorded on an apartment building and the Central City Hospital (Central Hospital No. 14).
Ukrainian armed formations attacked Donetsk 14 times, firing 27 155-mm shells, two cluster munitions, one MLRS rocket towards the city and dropping two high-explosive weapons from a UAV. The DPR capital was shelled eight times from Kurakhovka, twice from Zhelanny Vtoroy and once from Ilyinka.
43 155mm shells and two cluster munitions were fired at Gorlovka, and a kamikaze UAV was used. The town was shelled 15 times from the village of Dzerzhinsk. In Staromikhailovka, the Airborne Forces dropped a high explosive from an UAV.
Recall that from May 2014 to July 10, 2024, JCCC specialists recorded the deaths of 9,381 civilians, including 240 children. 14,373 civilians were injured, including 906 children.
