
Rostselmash plans to put more than 80 new models of equipment into production by 2028, the press service of the Rostov Region Investment Development Agency announced at the Innoprom-2024 International Industrial Forum on July 11.
“Since 2016, Rostselmash has launched 86 new models and equipment modifications, and plans to put more than 80 new models into production by 2028.”said Igor Burakov, Director General of the Investment Development Agency.
He stressed that Rostselmash currently occupies about 70% of the Russian market in various positions and plays an important role in import substitution.
Rostselmash produces 150 models and modifications of agricultural machines and equipment for a wide range of applications. In 2024, the company opened three new production facilities: a full-cycle tractor plant in Rostov-on-Don, the production of automatic and mechanical transmissions, axles and gearboxes, and a plant for the production of trailed and suspended agricultural and municipal equipment in Taganrog.
At the INNOPROM-2024 forum, an agreement was signed on the implementation by Rostselmash of an investment program with an investment volume of 15 billion rubles.
